FINAL PLANS
- All work includes customer's final revisions
- Floor plan @ 1/4" scale
- Front elevation @ 1/4" scale with cosmetic detail work
- Rear elevation page includes rear 1/4", both sides and roof @ 1/8".
- Standard detail page
- Site plan with drives, walks, house footprint, etc. @ 1/20" scale.
- Standard set of blueprints (11 part)
- Not included, but available: foundation plan, engineering, specifications, materials list, etc. confirm.

- ALL FEES ARE BASED ON TOTAL FINAL FOOTAGES.
- All work is copyrighted under U.S. Copyright Laws.
- All work completed by building designers not architects.
- Charges due when work complete, not delivered.
- Survey or platt required for site plan.
- Not responsible for deed restrictions.
- Ten (10) working day service for each phase of design.
